Chief Imam of Saeed Hamad Al-Hajiri Mosque, Ungwar Almakura, TT&T Junction, Off British, in Jos metropolis, Malam Lawal Danladi says, man has no excuse not to worship God.
He gave the admonition while delivering sermon, on Friday, in Jos, the Plateau state capital, North Central Nigeria.
According to the Imam, “it is obligatory for everyone to worship God in all circumstances without giving excuse.”
“You should worship God wherever you you are, whether standing or sitting.
“Remember God, meditate and thank Him always.
“Fear God, do good and speak good always. You don’t need medicine apart from God’s guidance,” he said.
The Imam advised the congregation to have faith in God, think of Him and thank Him always.
He also reminded them that they should realize that they came from God and to Him they shall return.
According to him, “those who fear God are those who obey His commands.”
