Report from Kano State, North West Nigeria says, a former Governor of the State, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, has commiserated with Kano Kantin Kwari traders over the fire incident in the market.
In his message, obtained by Nigerian Kicker, Senator Shekarau reminded traders to see the incident as a test from the Almighty and only Him can bring succor to the affected traders.
He prayed God for non occurrence of the incident in feature.
Recall that Nigerian Kicker had reported yesterday about fire out break which destroyed several shops at the renowned Kantin Kwari Textile Market in Kano Municipal Local Government Area, with damages running into billions of Naira.
