Abdul Oroh
Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has announced the conferment of National Honours on many deserving Nigerian citizens.
Nigerian Kicker reports that the President made the announcement while addressing joint session of the National Assembly on Thursday in commemoration of the nation’s Democracy Day.
Among the beneficiaries of the National Honour is a Veteran Journalist and former Edo State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Abdul Oroh.
Abdul Oroh is conferred with Officer of the Order of Niger (OON).
The recipient hails from Ubuleke community in Ivbiaro of Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State.
Recall that in August, 2024, Nigerian Kicker reported that President Tinubu appointed Abdul Oroh as a member of the Governing Board of Admiralty University, Ibusa, Delta State, South South, Nigeria.
