Kano State House of Assembly has confirmed the Commissioner-nominees
Submitted by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for screening.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Uba Abdullahi said the nominees were screened on Wednesday, 21, 2023.
The statement further said the House, on Thursday in plenary session presided over by the Speaker, Ismail Jibrin Falgore, confirmed the Nominees for the said appointment in a motion moved by the Majority Leader, Lawan Husaini Dala.
The motion was deliberated upon by the Committee of the whole and the House agreed with the confirmation.
The House, however, confirmed seventeen Nominees while the remaining two would be confirmed when they come back from Hajj.
