RCC Chairman, COCIN LCC TWANCHIK, RCC HWOLSHE, Jos, North Central Nigeria, Rev. Istifanus John Williams has admonished members of the Church to guard against the Devil in their homes.
Rev. John gave the advice on Sunday when Executive members of the Church paid a visit to the various LCCs within the Church’s jurisdiction to evaluate challenges faced by members.
“Our visit is to familiarize with the Church members and show gratitude to them for contributing their quota to the growth of the Church.
” We observe your selfless service. We are here to encourage you on how to handle contemporary issues called “home front” springing from the Church on daily basis.
“I plead with you, don’t allow the Devil and his attack in your homes. Always seek help from God alone.” he advised.
Rev. John also said their visit was to encourage members to always engage in fellowship with one another.
“You should not be Sunday-Sunday members. Always relate and carry out fellowship. Lack of unity poses great danger to the future of the Church,” he told the members.
In his closing remarks, Rev. Bulus. C Datiri, thanked the RCC Executive for slating the day to visit and encourage members in their faith.
He prayed that the message which was sown in their hearts would remain ever green.
Our Correspondent reports that the Executive members’ visit to the various LCC is done once in a year.
