Man Kills Son For Allegedly Eating Remaining Food

Report from Abia State, South-East Nigeria says, a man, identified as Marcel Udeh from Umunneochi LGA of the State, has allegedly killed his son for eating the remaining portion of food in the kitchen.

Daily Post reports that, according to a community source, his sons’s offense was that he returned home and ate the last portion of food in a pot inside the family’s kitchen.

According to the story, Udeh, who has now been arrested by the Police, was enraged that his late son could enter the kitchen to take food without getting permission from his father.

In anger, he was alleged to have dashed into his room, brought out a gun and fired at his son, leading to the victim’s death.

Marcel Udeh was promptly apprehended by members of the community who tied his hands and placed him on the lifeless body of his dead son.

Another account of the incident claimed that the suspect used a sharp object on his son, leading to his death.

Udeh, who was begging for mercy, blamed his actions on the devil, saying that he regretted what he did.
