Report from Zaria in Kaduna State, North West Nigeria says, all roads lead to the historic town, on Thursday, as The prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, ABU, is set to honour deserving staff who have excelled in their various disciplines.
Our Correspondent reports that the institution has identified a total of 123 staff from different Faculties, Centres and Units to be honoured for their outstanding performance.
Among the 16 Head of Departments to be honoured as best performing HODs is the Head of Department of Mass Communication, Dr Adama Adamu.
Dr. Adamu was overwhelmingly re-elected to serve out her second and final two year term as the Head of Department.
She is the only one that was so recognized in the faculty of social sciences.
Those to be honoured at the event include 16 HODs and 107 other staff.
