FASAKA-Wave Communication Ltd, Kano, Publisher of Nigerian Kicker Digital Newspaper, has felicitated with an Icon, Hajiya Nefishetu Yakubu, on her new academic feat.
Nefishetu Yakubu, who is the Chairperson of Edo State Correspondent Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, has just bagged a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from the prestigious Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State.
A statement by the Editor-in-chief of Nigerian Kicker, Alhaji Abdulkadir Mohammed, described Nefishetu Yakubu as a visionary leader who has contributed tremendously to the development of journalism practice in Edo State.
The statement further said, her new educational attainment is anchored on her quest to better herself and the society.
