Report from Jos, the Plateau State capital, North Central Nigeria says, the popular Terminus Market in Jos metropolis has been gutted by fire outbreak.
Our Correspondent reports that the incident occurred around 11:37 pm yesterday.
The inferno swept through the bustling market, gutting numerous shops and warehouses and other properties worth millions of Naira destroyed.
Traders from various ethnic backgrounds were seen in distress, with some breaking down in tears as they watched their livelihoods go up in flames.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined at the time of filing this report.
