A member of the sixth and seventh National Assembly, Honourable Bitrus Kaze, felicitates with all people of goodwill in Plateau State and beyond on the emergence of “our worthy son”, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) .
A statement by his media aide, Bulus Atang says, Kaze, who represented Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency between 2007-2015, exceedingly rejoices with Professor Yilwatda, describing his selection as a massive vote of confidence and national acclaim.
“His meteoric rise at the national stage with a short span of time follows his outstanding performance as Federal Cabinet member where he brought to bear his wealth of experience as a technocrat, erudite scholar, an administrator of no mean repute and a politician who has consistently exhibited high sense of patriotism in various places of his previous responsibilities,” he said.
The former lawmaker, reiterates that, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda is a man with clear vision who possesses the courage and has, as expected, justified the confidence reposed on him and by same token vindicated those who have repeatedly testified to his credibility.
While praying for God’s wisdom and guidance upon the new APC National Chairman to lead the party enviable heights, Kaze enjoins all on Plateau patriots irrespective of ethnic, religious or political party affiliations to collectively accord him maximum support as well as constructive advice and ideas that will add value for one of “our own to succeed in this enormous task.”
The former lawmaker expresses gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all national stakeholders of the APC, for finding a son of Plateau worthy of their confidence.
“By the special grace of God, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda will succeed,” he prayed.
