Chief Imam of Fibre Jumaat Mosque, Jos, Plateau State, North Central Nigeria, Sheikh Auwal Danladi, has again advised Muslim faithful to always remember that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), is a gift from Allah to mankind.
Sheikh Danladi stated this on Friday in a sermon he delivered before leading congregation prayers.
The Imam, whose sermon centred on the virtues of the Prophet said, the world was in darkness when Allah raised Prophet Muhammad in Saudi Arabia as a light to the entire world.
“As a special gift to mankind, Prophet Muhammad was a light. He fought against ignorance; He taught compassion, kindness and generosity,” the Cleric said.
Sheikh Danladi advised the Worshipers to be grateful always and draw from the virtues of the Prophet while they live as believers.
The Imam reminded the congregation that there was no insults and abuses that were not unleashed on the Personality of Prophet Muhammad by the Idol worshipers and unbelievers, but that the Prophet remained patient and resolute as God’s Messenger.
