Saudi Arabia’s national football team, Green Falcons, has begun its training sessions on Saturday in Jakarta, Indonesia, in preparation for their upcoming match against Indonesia on Tuesday at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
According to Saudi Gazette, the match is part of the sixth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
Under the guidance of head coach Hervé Renard, the Green Falcons conducted their training session at Gelora Jakarta Stadium.
The session began with warm-up exercises across various stations, followed by possession drills, then finishing exercises on goal, and concluded with stretching.
Meanwhile, player Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti continued his rehabilitation program under the supervision of the medical staff.
The Saudi team currently sits in third place in their group with six points, level on points with Australia in second and Japan at the top. – SG
