Kano state government, North West Nigeria says, it will boost its judicial system from the grassroot by providing maximum support to the state indigenes who are studying law in various institutions across the country.
The state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Haruna Isa Dederi stated this while receiving an award of excellence in his office presented to him by the State indigenes from the Nigerian Law School.

“Financial assistance to the law students will enable them succeed in their studies.
“Government will not relent in its commitment towards boosting judicial system from the grassroot especially by providing maximum support to state indigenes who are studying law in various institutions in the country,” he said.
Dederi expressed happiness over the award and encouraged the students to be dedicated to their studies and ensure they come out with good results.
A statement by the Information Officer, Kano State Ministry for Justice, Musbahu Aminu Yakasai, quoted the chairman of Kano State indigenes Law Students, Aliyu Nuraddeen, as saying that the awarded to the Commissioner is in recognition of his relentless effort towards facilitating the payment of government scholarship to them.
Nuraddeen expressed their commitment in concentrating on their studies in order to be good ambassadors of Kano State.
