A business mogul from Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency of Kogi State, Sheikh Ibrahim Jibrin, has opined that the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello will launch the youth into Nigeria’s political space by becoming the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023.
Sheikh Jibrin, who himself is an APC aspirant for Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency described Governor Yahaya Bello as a “vibrant youth, and a colossus full of energy,” who has made the people of Kogi State proud by his ambition to lead the country and make it a better Nigeria.
A statement issued by his spokesman Alhaji Salihu Adam-Jiddah said, Governor Bello is leading a new generation of leaders dominated by youths and women towards the economic development of Kogi State.
“The people of Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency are in dire need of a leader to amplify their voices and attract development,” he said.
Speaking on his own ambition to represent Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency, Sheikh Jibrin said he had concluded plans for his formal declaration next week.
“This is because I have concluded my long-awaited consultations, with all APC and community leaders and members of Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency to formally make my intention open,” he said.
The business mogul cum politician also said, “the constituents consider me as their true son who has always made them proud because of his philanthropist disposition towards orphans and widows.
Jibrin further said his ambition reflects the aspirations of the people of Dekina/Bassa Federal constituency.
