Nigerians, on Thursday, began protests against bad governance in the country with protesters matching across major cities in the country.
In Kano, protesters reportedly looted the Digital Innovation Park in Kano which has been slated for launch next week to support their technical talent accelerator (3MTT), including other shops in the metropolis.
Nigerian Kicker gathered that most of the protesters across the country are promising to continue their protests tomorrow.
Reports say, the protests in Lagos was “very peaceful” while the police and other security agencies were cooperative and protective of the protesters.
Journalists, covering the Lagos protests reportedly had a feel of the peaceful protest as the police also assisted them to ensure effective coverage.
Meanwhile, report says, seven states across the country did not participate in today’s protests.
They include South Eastern States of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo.
Others are, Ekiti and Akwa Ibom states.
