Some members of the Nigerian Guild of Editors from North west zone of the country have already arrived at Abuja to take part in the Guild’s annual conference.
The Editors captured by The Kicker include: Halilu Baba Dantiye (Fellow NGE), Abdulhamid Adamu Majia(Fellow NGE), Umoru Ibrahim (Triumph Newspaper), Dr. Mukhtari Magaji(Triumph Newspaper), Sadiq Muhammad Kiyawa(Radio Jigawa), Muhammad Husaini Kwalam(Radio Jigawa), Abdulkadir Mohammed (Nigeria Television Authority, NTA), Bala Aji Guri(Radio Jigawa), Aliyu Umar (Triumph Newspaper and Yakubu Mohammed Kaugama(Radio Jigawa).
The conference is scheduled to begin tomorrow 21/10/21 to 22/10/21 at Nigerian Air force (NAF) conference center, Kado District, Abuja.This year’s conference is focusing on the current security challenges in Nigeria with the theme, “Media in times of crisis: Resolving conflicts, achieving consensus.”
All Nigerian Editors Conference (ANEC) is the largest gathering of Nigerian Editors and owners of of mass media – newspapers, magazines, radio/television stations and online newspapers.
