NTA Kaduna’s Haruna Mohammed Bags NEMA Award

NTA Kaduna Network Correspondent, Haruna Mohammed, has bagged another award for his exceptional dedication to duty.

Our Correspondent reports that, this time around, National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, found Haruna Mohammed worthy of the Award.

According to our Correspondent, NEMA, organised 2024 Customer Service Week which underscores the importance of exceptional service to customer during disaster and other emergencies as well as enhancing brand loyalty.

Exceptional service was the focus of the 2024 customer service week where awards were presented to deserving personalities including Haruna Mohammed.

The Award

The National Emergency Management Agency’s Customer Service Week is an annual event held in October to celebrate and recognize the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers daily.

The customer service week 2024 also serve as an avenue for disaster customer relations for better response and service delivery.

Recall that, in July this year, Nigerian Kicker had reported that Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kaduna State Council,  honoured Mallam Haruna Mohammed of the Nigerian Television Authority, (NTA Kaduna), with meritorious award for Excellence in Professional Conduct.
