Our local Musician once sang a warning song with the lyrics thus, “if you cannot observe the clouds, can’t you hear the sound of a thunder of an imminent down pour for you to take precautions?” This warning song extends to a man’s sojourn on earth that is governed by spiritual laws. Therefore, if you cannot observe and learn from history, what can you tell your offsprings over the vagaries of life from which to take precautions? If you sit at a corner and watch, you will see how people attract problems to themselves because of lack of observation and lack of learning from what happened to others occasioned by their ruthless pursuit of fame, money, position and materials.
