PCN Inducts Graduands Of Aminu Dabo College Of Health In Kano

Pharmacy Council of Nigeria, PCN, on Thursday conducted induction and oath taking ceremony for the 4th set of Pharmacy Technician students who graduated last year from Aminu Dabo College of Health Sciences and Technology (AD-COHST), Kano, North-West Nigeria.

A statement by the College ‘s Head of Public Relations and Publicity, Comrade Abdullahi Usman said, the ceremony took place at the College’s Multi-purpose Hall.

In a message to the occasion, according to the statement, the Registrar of the Pharmacy Council, Ibrahim Babashehu Ahmed, tasked the new inductees to embrace competence and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.

The Registrar, represented by an officer of the Council, Hasiya Ladan, told the audience that the new inductees, who had successfully passed the Council National Examination were now dully licenced and could gain admission into Nigerian Universities through direct entry.

Proprietor of the College, Arc. Aminu Dabo, represented by the College’s Registrar, Lawaddeen Muqqaddass, congratulated the Graduands and charged them to respect the principles of the profession and uphold the spirit of professionalism and remain good Ambassadors of the College.

Earlier, in an address of welcome, Head of the Pharmacy Technician Department of the College, Mubarak Hussain, commended parents and students for their support towards the success of the event.

Hussain also praised, what he called, the commitment and good will of the College Authority and that of the entire staff and prayed Allah to help them sustain the tempo.
