The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is currently holding its 102nd National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
Party leaders, governors and other key stakeholders are attending the meeting.
The NEC is expected to deliberate on critical issues, including the report of the National Zoning Committee and preparations for the party’s upcoming national convention.
The opposition party had described the meeting as a demonstration of its renewed commitment to strengthening internal structures and positioning itself ahead of the 2027 general elections.
