Hon. Caleb Mutfwang has emerged the winner of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Primary Election in Plateau State.
Mutfwang scored a total of 252 votes to beat 18 other contestants to clinch the Party’s Ticket ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
His closest rival, Chief Wungak Kefas scored 113 votes.
Four other Aspirants stepped down just before the election commenced.
Speaking shortly after he had been declared the PDP Flag Bearer , Mutfwang said he was prepared to give the people of Plateau state the leadership they deserve if he wins the Governorship election come 2023.
“Today marks the process of reclaiming the glory of Plateau State,” he said.
