Jigawa State Governor, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has described Radio Nigeria Kaduna as a dependable station with authority in credible information dissemination.
The Governor stated this, Tuesday, in a congratulatory message to the station as it marks 60 years of broadcasting in the country.
In a statement by the Special Adviser, Media and Public Relations to the Governor, Habibu Nuhu Kila, the Governor said he was happy with the Management and Staff of the station for the attainment of 60 years in broadcasting service to the people.
“It is a powerful radio station that publicizes policies and programmes of the government, promote peaceful and harmonious co-existence among the people,” he said.
The governor noted that the organisation’s professionalism in its news and programmes attracts millions of listeners to the station.
Governor Badaru, therefore, on behalf of himself, government and people of Jigawa State congratulates the management and staff of the station.
