Reach Out To Rural Areas – NIPR Fellow Advises Members.

A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Hajiya Habibat Abubakar, has called on the management of the Institute to extend their activities to local government communities for effective integration of the people.Hajiya Habibat Abubakar gave the advice in an exclusive interview with The Kicker during the North West Citizens Summit held at Coronation house in Kano.Hajiya Habibat who is also a retired veteran broadcaster, noted that it was time the officials of NIPR left government circle and launch their activities into the rural areas to ensure an enduring success in bringing peace and unity.She further advised the body to sustain constant organisation of conferences to sensitise the people about the importance of peace and security.Hajiya Habibat Abubakar said the old members of the NIPR should always be carried along and commended the organisers of the summit for recognising her presence.She particularly commended Dr. Sule Ya’u Sule for his resilience in the organisation of social events adding that he has been doing excellently well in keeping the Kano branch of the NIPR vibrant at all times.Hajiya Habibat Abubakar also expressed gratitude for the support of the Kano state commissioner for Information, Comrade Mohammed Garba to ensure the success of the event.
