Ilyasu Magwe Bello

The dictum, “The young shall grow”, is being over taken in Taraba State, North East Nigeria by Ilyasu Magwe Bello, a teenager who is currently displaying excellence on the path of growth in football. One of his fans, Habibu Abdullahi Kassa, wrote in this peice.

With enthusiasm and ecstasy, I am humbled to draw the attention of Yorro LGA Chairperson, Hon. Martina Anthony; Member House of Assembly, Yorro Constituency, Hon. Joseph Kassong Kannoh; Commissioner for Waste Management, Hon. Shonzen Benerd and all  concern citizens of Mumuye land to help facilitate and unveil the potential of our young and talented youth, a footballer who is very skillful in Soccer and capable of competing globally.

Ilyasu Magwe Bello, is a 17-year old football player, born and hails from Pantisawa in Yorro Local Government Area of Taraba State.

Bello is currently playing for Jalingo Stars after signing a one-year contract on January 22, 2024.

He plays left wing, right wing and center forward interchangeably.

He had scored many goals with his scoring abilities, and equally assist in several occasions during game.

He is so skillful that he always having ball control on the field of play.

I think is wise for our people to think out of the box by not always relying on politics for better Society.

I believe if opportunity will be given to this young and talented player, Ilyasu Magwe Bello, without doubt, he will make it, and he will definitely give it back to the society.

I mean Bello will provide social amenities, educational facilities to assist government towards enhancing the standard of education in the state.

Therefore, I appeal to scouters of players, to come for Ilyasu Magwe Bello for, he has all it takes to be selected as a good player.

I advise the Chairperson, Yorro LGA, Member House of Assembly Yorro LGA and Commissioner from Yorro LGA to consider it worth while to invest on this young and talented player. The result will be positive by the grace of Almighty God.

What is required is to get a visa, and take him to Europe for trial. The fund expected to spend may likely be 4 Million and optimistically we are expecting goodness from him and the whole Yorro LGA will experience change through him.

I would want you to note that, Bello will change the mindset of too much reliance on politics. By getting huge renumeration in foofball, I really believe Bello will do a lot in terms of our educational enhancement, societal development and what have you.
