Managing Director, Kano State Agricultural and Rural Development Authority, KNARDA, Dr. Junaid Yakubu Muhammad says youth empowerment is a priority for the rapid development of the state.
Our correspondent reports that he stated this while addressing students of Mai Alewa Raudatu Tahfeed Al-Qur’an Unguwar Anas during Qur’anic Graduation at the District Head Palace in the area.
While commending the Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, for his vision in the development of education in the state, Dr. Muhammad called on both local and state governments to place priority on youth empowerment in the area of ICT and agricultural economy.
He urged the people to support Governor Ganduje, whom he described as indefatigable, for ensuring peace, free education, agriculture and the continuous construction of road network in the state.
