Al-Iman College of Education, Dogon Dutse, Jos, on Saturday, matriculated 73 students into 5 Departments of the Institution.
Our Correspondent reports that this is the second matriculation ceremony of the college.
Addressing the matriculating students, the College’s Provost, Dr. Muhammad munir Iliyas warned them to respect the rules and regulations of the Institution.
“It is my great pleasure to congratulate and welcome you to Al- Iman college of education. As you settle down in the College environment, let me sound you a note of warning on matters of concern to all of us.
“There is need for you to respect the rules and regulations of this college. You are also expected to respect the rights and privileges of the members of the community, both Staff and students,” he said.
The Provost also advised them to conduct themselves well and apply themselves seriously to the purpose of their stay in the college.
“Approach examination with the seriousness required of you. The college management is committed towards achieving excellence and will therefore spare no students who introduce any form of threat to its corporate mandate,” he warned.
