Kano Head Of Service Advocates Strong Foundation For Learning

Kano State Head of civil service, Abdullahi Musa, has advocated strong foundation of learning for Primary School children.

Musa stated this while addressing staff of  the State Universal Basic Education Board.

The HOS said the board plays a vital role in shaping the future of the children of Kano State adding that the staff’s dedication to duty “is critical to the success of the education system.”

A statement by the Director Public Enlightenment, office of the HOS, Bintu Nuhu Yakasai said, the HOS’ visit to the board is part of his mission to go round MDAs with a view to ensuring better service delivery.

The HOS, expressed satisfaction with, what he called, the “Board’s work ethic and efficiency.”

He particularly commended the way the board’s members report to the office on time and follow their schedules effectively.

He believes that such dedication is essential to the success of the board.

“The work you do is of great importance as primary education is the first step in any student’s educational journey, and therefore, it is essential to lay a strong foundation for future learning.

“Without your hard work and commitment, the children of the state would not have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

The Head of service emphasized that his door was always opened and ready to listen to any suggestions or ideas that  may help to improve the board.
