A member of the House of Representatives, Olajide Akinremi, representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency of Oyo State has reportedly died.
According to Daily Post, Akinremi, popularly known as Jagaban, passed away on Wednesday.
The cause of his death is still unknown at the time of this report.
As it is the tradition of the National Assembly, plenary and committee activities are to be suspended to allow members mourn and honour their colleague.
